Return Period In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the product to us within 14 days thereafter.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition:

The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at joshuacroftoon764@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions and the return address.
Refund Process Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return meets the requirements, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or does not match the description, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective Products If the product you received is defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the associated return shipping costs.
