1. Return Window

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process

3. Shipping Costs

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: For returns based on personal preference (e.g., "no longer want," "wrong size ordered"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Wholesale & Custom Orders

As a manufacturing vendor, please note that wholesale (bulk) orders and custom-manufactured products are not eligible for "change of mind" returns. Returns for bulk orders are only accepted in cases of documented manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items on clearance or "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
