  • Wholesale/Bulk Orders: For large-scale manufacturing orders, production lead times typically range from 15-30 business days depending on the order volume and design complexity. We will provide a specific timeline upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If your location is restricted by our standard carriers, we will contact you to discuss alternative logistics solutions.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We utilize reliable international carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS) and specialized freight forwarders:

  • Express Shipping: 7-12 business days.

  • Standard Air Freight: 15-20 business days.

  • Sea Freight (Bulk only): 35-50 business days (recommended for large wholesale shipments to reduce costs).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local logistics delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination.

  • For small orders, rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • For bulk wholesale orders, we recommend contacting us for a custom freight quote to ensure the most cost-effective shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SlubYarn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend wholesale buyers check their local import regulations.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours.

7. Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence so we can file a claim with the carrier.
